New Homes Fair Makes a Successful Return to Cork

Castlelake recently took part in the New Homes Fair Wednesday April 22nd in the Imperial Hotel Cork. The volume of people in attendance has proven once again that there is still great interest in the new homes market in Cork.

Over 700 people visited the Castlelake stand over the four hour period and we were delighted with the reaction to what’s on offer in Castlelake.

There was particular interest in the new Midleton to Cork train service that will have a station at Castlelake.  The service will be available later this summer.

Speaking after the event, Joe O’Brien, CIF Director of the Southern Region said: “The high attendance for this year’s New Homes Fair has again shown that there is pent up demand for housing in Cork, and proven that the public are eager to find out more about what is available, with a view to buying.”(source:  www.chap.ie)
